I'm Emma and I run 'Cakes By Emma'. I qualified as a chef in 1986 and have
worked in a number of high quality establishments around the UK, rising to Head Chef.
During that time I also undertook a City & Guilds in Cake Decoration.
That was the beginning of 'Cakes By Emma' and I have never looked back! What started out as a part time interest has grown into my full time
passion. I really enjoy the challenge of producing cakes of the highest quality to satisfy the most demanding of clients.
